Keep in mind that much of the original X-Rebirth code was updated with some newer code from VR version lately. All mods from original X-Rebirth are working without problems in VR. The goal here is to play original X-Rebirth with it's original mods in VR. There was also this previous discussion about compatible mods you may find interesting.Hi, I made a massive work on X-Rebirth merger with X-Rebirth VR. For some mods it's also necessary to clean up the elements if they contain references to other workshop mods. Specifically that means removing the id, lastupdate and sync attributes from the element. Afterwards it's necessary to edit the content.xml file inside the mod folder and removing the workshop references. Now you can copy over the mod files from the XR extensions folder to the XRVR extensions folder. This triggers the subscribed mod to download. You can subscribe to the mod in non-VR X Rebirth, then start X Rebirth and exit from the menu directly again. ![]() The second option is somewhat harder and I'd not recomment you to try this unless you feel confident diving into X Rebirth modding a bit. The easier option would be to get the mod from the Egosoft forums or the X Rebirth Nexus [and manually install it to the X Rebirth VR extensions folder. You can actually use many X Rebirth mods with X Rebirth VR, but not through the workshop. Since both mods you mentioned are not available in the X Rebirth VR workshop I'd assume you subscribed to them in the non-VR X Rebirth workshop? That would not work because both games keep their mods separate.
